11 – the out of focus is gorgeous because you can still tell exactly what the picture is and represents

I had such a good laugh with this post! I think because we are so very hard on ourselves, most of all. Our hair, however, is very forgiving. We can chop it into a mangled mess and it will only look that way for awhile. We can receive comments about our length of protein one day and those that commented, will forget about it the next.We think we are walking around with a big neon sign flashing around us when our hair doesn’t look just the way we want it to and we think, surely someone will notice?” Alas, nobody usually does, just as nobody usually notices when we actually do something right. I remember coming home one day, after a new hairdo, and asking my significant other what he thought of the new look. He told me he had decided he would no longer comment because, no matter what I did with my hair, his remarks were “always” taken as insults by me. Besides, he said he could not keep up because I changed my hair style almost every single time I went to the hairdresser.
I vote for the wavey hair day (the one with the clips showing, storyboard002). Georgeous!

Ha, Damara LOVE this post. I too feel your pain, lol. I don’t get the whole hair/makeup/fancy clothes thing but I always oh so wanted to! I think I came to the resolution that I am who I am and not to try to fit myself into a fancy peghole that I don’t fit in. I’m just not fancy!
