Langley Engagement: Ashley & Jason

He sprained his ankle the night before our session together. BADLY sprained, during baseball the night before. He said it was all right but I’m pretty sure the blue and purple bruises plus immense swelling demonstrated otherwise. Other than the slight limping, you would never have known if you hadn’t seen the ankle. His eyes were all for his fiancé…their joy so contagious and I fell in love these two. We had such a great evening together; engagement sessions are an amazing way for me to get to know my clients, to laugh together and be ready for the wedding day. Hearing stories, seeing the couples personalities…it all makes me smile.

Ashley and Jason met while working at Kelsey’s: she was shy, he decided his goal was to make her smile and laugh. Hearing how a couple fell in love is one of my favourite things and truly…there is no formula to it…it just happens.

They are getting married this July and I am so thrilled to be their wedding photographer.
